Return Policy


We do not accept returns without a previously issued RMA (Return Material Authorization) number.

We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery only.

If there is a problem with your order or there is a need to return the tires you purchased online, please call the TRN Shop Line at 855-507-3227 or email us at

Credits will be issued to the credit/debit card used on the order.

We do not accept returns that have been mounted.

We may ask you to take a picture of the tires sent to you.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping/ handling charges incurred on returns that do not have defects in workmanship/materials as covered in the TRNII Warranty.

Tire Recappers of Nashville does not pay for Returns shipped from the customer to TRN or back unless previously OK’ed….the customer pays all return freight unless we have made a mistake in your order.

How to return tires:

  • 1. Call Tire Recappers of Nashville at 855-507-3227 for a Return Material Authorization number.
  • 2. Label each tire returned with your return address and RMA number.
  • 3. Use clear packing tape to attach the label with RMA number to EACH tire.


Generally Tire Recappers ships via FedEx Gound. Under certain circumstances we may elect to use another carrier or ship via LTL (Truck). We will be glad to ship to a tire shop or garage of your choice for mounting/balancing or any business address. Due to prohibative shipping to certain locations, we will ship to business addresses only.

Certain residential locations incur extra fees. Military base deliveries must be to a business address. Commercial Big Rig tires that ship for free must be to a Business Address and will ship LTL.

We ship within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. In most cases you will receive your order between 5-10 business days.
